At Welldom, we provide specialized rehabilitation for both adults and children. Our therapy team provides a full range of services, including occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech and language therapy, recreational therapy, augmentative and alternative communication, and assistive technology.
For adults, our programs include neurological rehab, post-concussion and vestibular care, amputation and prosthetic training, chronic pain and functional restoration, cancer rehabilitation, post-ICU and Long COVID recovery, movement disorder programs, and community or work reintegration.
For children, we offer early intervention, cerebral palsy and neuromuscular rehab, autism and neurodevelopmental programs, post-concussion care, orthopedic and scoliosis management, speech and feeding therapy, assistive technology and adaptive equipment, transition-to-adulthood services, and orthotics and footwear evaluation.
Welldom Therapy does not accept insurance at this time. We are an out-of-network provider and we don’t bill insurance on your behalf. Instead, you’ll receive a detailed superbill for all services, which you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. The amount reimbursed will depend on the specifics of your individual plan.

Yes! All of our therapists are licensed professionals with masters and doctorate degrees, extensive training and experience. Many have advanced certifications in neurological, pediatric, or musculoskeletal care.
Not always. According to California regulations, for physical therapy and speech therapy, no referral is needed. However occupational therapy (OT) services require a valid physician’s referral. Some insurances require a referral, but in many cases you can begin therapy directly with us. We are a cash based private practice and will provide a superbill to get reimbursed from your insurance.
