Hi, I'm Vaishali! I'm a pediatric physical therapist and the founder of Welldom.

I started this practice around a simple conviction: every child deserves to participate in the moments that matter to them — at home, at school, in their community, and at play. Children get there in different ways, and some need extra support along the road. That support is what we do.

The way I work is child-led. I follow a child's interests and build on their strengths, because children learn best when they feel safe, connected, and engaged. Play isn't a warm-up to the real work — it is the work. And I want families in the room with us: parents and caregivers know their child better than any clinician will, and progress that only happens inside a therapy session isn't the kind that lasts.

Hi, I'm Angeline! I'm an occupational therapist and the Clinic Director here at Welldom.

Occupational therapy is the service families ask me to explain most often, so here's the short version: I help children manage what their day actually asks of them. Getting dressed without it becoming a battle. Coping in a room that feels too loud, or with a shirt that feels wrong. Holding a pencil, using scissors, joining a family meal. These are the small, ordinary parts of a childhood — and they can feel anything but small when they're hard.

I start with what a child can already do, and build from there. That means following their lead, working through play, and paying attention to an important difference: whether a child can't do something yet, or whether they're being asked to do it in a way that doesn't suit them. Often it's the second one.

As Clinic Director I also look after how our team works together — making sure OT, PT, speech and AAC are pulling in the same direction for one child, rather than running in parallel.

Hi, I'm Jessica! I'm a pediatric physical therapist, and I'm enthusiastic about play-based techniques as a way to support meaningful, lasting development in children.

I graduated from California State University, Fresno's Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2022, after earning my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Monterey Bay. Before entering the PT field, I worked with children of all ages for years — from teaching swim lessons to caregiving.

It's an honor to be part of children's lives in a therapeutic capacity, and to see them not only make developmental progress but grow as people. During my four years as a school-based PT, I worked with children from widely varying developmental backgrounds, from general developmental delay to rare seizure disorders. That experience taught me how to help children with complex presentations be as functional as possible in their own environments.

When I'm not seeing clients, you'll find me exploring new places to walk my dog, at Zumba class, or spending time with my husband and family.

Hi, I'm Chasity! Originally from Alabama, I'm a pediatric speech-language pathologist who is passionate about helping children discover that communication can be fun.

I strive to create play-based, creative, and functional therapy sessions centered around each child's unique strengths, interests, and goals. Whether we're playing games, reading books, or exploring new activities, my goal is to create a space where children feel confident, successful, and excited to communicate. I value collaborating with families to help children thrive both in and outside of therapy.

When I'm not in the clinic, you'll usually find me hiking to a scenic viewpoint, roller skating, discovering a new matcha or pastry shop, riding my bike, or exploring somewhere new to me around the Bay Area. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
