What we offer
Our Services
Four therapy disciplines, working together around your child. We see children in our Pleasanton clinic, in your home, and across the Bay Area.

Physical Therapy
Physical therapy supports how your child moves through their day — crawling, walking, climbing, keeping up at the playground, and feeling steady doing it.

Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy is about the everyday things your child wants and needs to do — getting dressed, eating a meal, joining in at school, and managing a body that sometimes feels like too much.

Speech Therapy
Speech therapy supports how your child understands others and expresses themselves — whether that is first words, being understood by people outside the family, or having a way to say what they want.

Augmentative & Alternative Communication
Augmentative and alternative communication — AAC — is any way of communicating that adds to or replaces speech. That might be signs, picture boards, or a speech-generating device. Every child has something to say, and AAC is about making sure they can say it.
Where therapy happens
Three settings, one team
The setting is a choice, not a different service. Many families use more than one.
In our Pleasanton clinic
A calm, sensory-rich space set up for play, with equipment your child may not have at home.
In your home and community
Therapy where your child already lives and plays, using the routines and spaces that are familiar to them.
Online
Sessions and family coaching by video, useful for guidance between visits or when travel is difficult.
In-home therapy is a delivery setting rather than a discipline. Read more about in-home and community therapy.
Together with other children
Group & Intensive Programs
Alongside individual sessions, we run group and intensive programs where children work on skills together — often the most natural place to practise playing, taking turns and communicating with peers.
