What we collect

If you fill in the contact form on this website, we collect only what the form asks for:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to give it
• The message you write
• Which page you were on when you sent it

We do not collect medical information

The contact form deliberately does not ask for diagnoses, symptoms, medical history, insurance details, or dates of birth, and we ask you not to include them. This website is not a secure medical system, and we would rather gather clinical details properly once we are in touch with you directly.

If you do send clinical information through the form, we will move it out of the website's records as soon as we see it.

How your enquiry is stored

Your enquiry is saved in a database so that it cannot be lost, and a copy is emailed to our team. The record is created before the email is sent, which means an email failure never loses your message.

We are finalising how long enquiry records are kept before deletion. Until that schedule is published here, you can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time and we will do so.

Who else handles this data

We use a small number of service providers to run this website. Each one only ever handles what it needs to:

• Vercel — hosts the website
• Neon — hosts the database your enquiry is stored in
• Resend — delivers the notification and confirmation emails
• Sanity — stores the website's own content, not yours
• Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that form submissions come from a person, not a bot

Analytics and cookies

We use privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not build a profile of you. Because of that, this site has no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to. We do not run advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@welldomtherapy.com or call (510) 936-2614 and we will help.

Children's information

This website is written for parents and carers, not for children, and the contact form is intended to be completed by an adult. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this site.
